Steiner Ranch in Bella Mar Community Room, Wednesdays 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Spring & Fall. 

Yoga for Seniors (65 +) is taught safely, appropriately for those who are of this age group. 

Health issues and physical limitations are considered.

Chairs are available to sit on for yoga practices - getting down on to the floor is not necessary. 

The yoga practices taught in this class can help with health: physical and mental, energy, morale, emotions, spiritual purposes.

Yoga for Seniors helps posture, getting about more easily, sleep, pain management,

connecting within, moving away from fear of death 'abhinivesh', looking forward to the next stage
